During these work days we will take steps to complete the restoration of the building for use as a ceramics studio on the first level and residential unit on the second level. In the short term, we see the ceramics studio as a resource for the community, providing cooperative studio space for individuals or classes, including Free Columbia’s M.C. Richards program. Our longer term vision is to restore the adjacent property to accommodate training and mentorship opportunities in design, crafts and trades.
